- Ylvis Beh Added June 03, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★Visit Chow Bella all the time just for their fresh sandwich. Everyday different types of sandwiches, will never feel bored. How good if sandwich available on weekend too?
Their staffs really friendly as usually, food always good.
So far i think they are the only one shop in this shopping centre often change the tables set up to surprise their customers, that's why busy all the time! Will try their dinner special one day later! - Wade Needham Added February 23, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★Had a lovely breakfast here with friendly service, tasty food, plated with care, literally zero time between order and arrival of food and great atmosphere. Convenient for families with playground adjacent (gated), and kids menu options availible. Coffee was lovely and little things like provision of fruit infused water made this venue a winner. Very affordable for the size of meals, care taken with plating (they put flowers on the meal!) and overall quality of service. Will return!

Not happy - ordered through Uber Eats, estimated delivery time was 10-20 minutes.. I got it almost an hour after my order was placed. I ordered the "Beef and cheese burger" with a hash brown and chips. Chips were luke-warm at best, soggy, and with inconsistent seasoning - burger was greasy to no end. Asked for no pickles and I still got pickles. Would be happy to wait an hour if the food was good, but what I received today was not. Overall very bad experience.
**As seen below is response from the company, which i personally have found very efficient of them. Having first given a one star rating, the attentiveness to customer satisfaction, accompanied with how their food is typically prepared based on other replies, I have raised my given rating to four stars - as customer satisfaction is very important and I can appreciate it is not the fault of Chow Bella cafe. While I would not directly recommend it to a friend (yet,) I would try it again to get the proper experience.
