Like we not being treated in free we pay for our treatment. Why being so rude. Seriously I don’t even wanna give 1 star. So disappointed.

Called the receptionist, she asked me to text the Doctor to get. “Password”. Texted the doctor and she was not replying until my partner actually Went to the clinic and asked for the results. Asking us to book another appointment for that. Wasting a month calling and texting just to get a simple body check up report. Called the clinic for 2 hours and no one picked up. Never ever coming back again

Ridiculous receptionist totally rude - Tharushi Dahanayake (THARU) Added August 30, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!! This place sucks. I waited more than 1 1/2 hours and left without seeing the doctor because I didn’t wanna waste my time anymore. After staying there patiently for an hour I asked the receptionist is the doctor here? Why does it take so long?? and her answer was the doctor likes to talk to the patients so she takes time with her patients. Well hello if the Dr Angela want to have chitchats with the patients I’d recommend her to go to a cafe with her patients in her own time without wasting other patients’ time who made to the practice on time for their appointment. Utter useless service. Do not recommend.
