  Damien and the team at Jewel Phon have been so lovely right from the very first phone call. Not having had any experience with planning a wedding before, Damien answered my questions patiently and exuded confidence which gave me the assurance right away that they would be right for us. The floral decor at our wedding reception was absolutely beautiful and even left an impression on our families! (Asian families are very hard to impress)
  
  Thank you Jewel Phon team for making it so easy for us from start to end and for making our wedding day look absolutely magical.

  Jewel was our florist for our wedding at Sergeants Mess. Everything was beautiful, it was better than I expected. Damien was incredibly patient with my million questions and was able to accommodate my requests due to my background. They were able to create a beautiful arch, centrepieces and fairy lights and foliage on the ceiling. It was beautiful and Damien were able to give suggestions based on budget. She personally delivered the flowers on the day and although I didn't get to thank her on the day, thank you so much for you and the team :)

  We would like to take this opportunity to thank both Jewel and Damien of Jewel Phon for their floral styling of our wedding, what an amazing team! Extensive research and calls with Damien resulted in Jewel delivering, meeting and exceeding our expectations! Damien is a fantastic organiser, administrator and communicator taking detailed notes of our brief, hopes and desires. Jewel then delivers on your brief utilising her creative flair! Our wedding venue was simply amazing and everyone has commented on the beauty, little touches and attention to detail! Simply beautiful!   We contacted Jewel Phon to help us with the fairy lights for our reception at Taronga Zoo as they are experienced in the wedding industry and was recommended by the venue. It was difficult to find a vendor who could provide fairy lights based on the anchor points at the venue. Most of the vendors we contacted were only able to provide 8 strands of fairy lights across the room due to the lack of connection points in the area. However, Jewel Phon has done many stylings at Taronga and was able to provide a canopy of fairy lights above the dance floor and across the reception area.
  
  The fairy lights were a great addition to the reception venue and made the venue look really pretty! BUT they were surprisingly low from the ceiling!!! Some guests complained that they were hitting their heads on it and when guests were waving napkins in the air, the fairy lights were moving ferociously. During our first dance, we had to purposely look up and find an opening for the lift. It was completely different to the photo that Damien has showed us when we booked them. Not sure why the lights were hanging so low from the ceiling. Jewel Phon was also the only vendor who charged us an extra $200 for the Sunday rate due to the wedding date change…
  
  Despite the low hanging fairy lights, Jewel Phon has otherwise provided us with fairy lights that no other vendors could do at our venue so we really appreciate your help to make our wedding a memorable one. Thank you.

  I wish I could give 100 stars to Jewel Phon. I researched many florists and prop businesses and Jewel Phon was by far the most professional and open to understanding the look and mood we described for our wedding. Consultations were thorough and any changes made before the day were adapted easily. On the day, walking into our venue felt like a dream, they exceeded our expectations and made our wedding venue PERFECT for our big day. Their florals are top quality and their candles and props complemented the entire theme. They also designed our seating chart, provided us with florals for our cake, a wishing well, throw away bouquet and much more! They are a one stop business! I have 3 friends who are also using Jewel Phon after seeing our wedding. A++++ recommended!
